Afternoon high tea at Hyatt The Rocks

I know it's been more than 3 months I should've write this post about this afternoon high tea. But, late is better than never right? So, if you guys are wondering for a nice cozy place to have an afternoon tea in the heart of Sydney city, I would recommend this place since it's a walk away from the city.

This place actually takes place in Park Hyatt Sydney, The Rocks.

Me and my sister decided to have a late afternoon tea while I visited my sister back on June 2014.

Without further a due, let me present you the menu for the afternoon tea down below...

note: (you got all of the above little savouries & sweets). What i love the most is the fresh baked vanilla scones with strawberry jam & cream. You will never get enough of this warm scones.... =p

Okay, here I am again... Before it's way too late, I would like to say Happy CNY to you all who celebrate it. I will start from here on....

And here are my 2 handsome cousins!! =p the one on the middle name "J" used to play with me crazily when I was really young. I remembered how he used to "hold me upside down"..... YEAP, he used to just GRAB me and swing me around... And looking at this picture, I just couldn't believe that TIMES DO FLY very fast!!!

And this particular shots of my little snows (pure and innocent nieces) show reminisce of my childhood back then. I suddenly remembered how i used to play with my cousins when I was their age. =)

and last but not least of course!! LOL.. yessss, its the "angpao"/ pocket money collected from the aunties, uncles and the married ones. =D =D

Here am I with my ladies in RED =) Good friends are always in my heart; no matter how much we don't really meet anymore. BUT you are always close inside my heart (confession of love).

Friday Fellowship (school + DATE GG10)

Hi, Ms. P is here again =p In here, I would like to just share my Friday routine at school and in DATE GG 10! Let's take a look down below....




Most of people might not now that I am a primary specialty teacher in an international school (Springfield) located in Permata Buana, Jakarta. What does it mean by specialty teacher???
Yap, when I first worked there on Feb 2013; I was assigned as an ESL teacher (English Secondary Language). Then just a few weeks ago I've been assigned to help teach Bahasa Indonesia & Ppkn!! Whattt?? I still am not believing that I am teaching Bahasa and Ppkn. 
BUT still, will try to stay grateful and think of it as a challenge to myself...

Continuing on,

Every Friday in school, the students have a morning assembly in the auditorium with all the teachers participating in too. We usually start with an opening player. Ooops! =D I mean "prayer"... And we continued with a class performance (P1 to P4 in turns of every Friday). 
And on this occasional Friday, few of my P4 students got to perform. And without further ado, here is some pictures of my "Friday Fellowship" routines at school. =)

And the picture below is a capture of all the students singing to the OST of Frozen "Let it go". I found it amazing how children nowadays know and remember lyrics very well =p

And this is another shot after the assembly is done and I was back at the teachers' room. She is one of my mandarin teacher colleague, and she was studying Indonesian with me. She is so perseverance towards Bahasa Indonesia =D Well done Laoshe Isa! =)

Somebody might ask. What is DATE??? =) Well, DATE is a community cell group that is formed by my lovely church, JPCC.

• Andrew ( our DATE leader ) =D
  Okay, so this is our leader for our DATE. His name is Andrew. I can describe him as simply as my great leader, best friend and also brother. He is surely one TALENTED man of God with humble heart and willingness to learn and give his best to serve others!!

  Here we go, this is the other member of our DATE. He is a VERY VERY nice and patient and passionate man of God also.. He is the best listener I've ever met so far (as long as I can remember, at least =p). He has the heart to praise&worship. He is also has a giving heart. • Mutia (I call her mimoet as sometimes)
  Ahhaaay!! This is another girl member in this cell group. I would like to describe her as a "firework". Wherever we are, she would just burst out with her cheerfulness, her stunning voice and her HOSPITALITY!! love her as my other sister =)
  PS: did you guys see the CARICATURE picture of GG10 top left side?? YES, its her own drawing yooow!! I have a vision that she will be a GREAT artist in Indonesia. Work to the TOP Mimoet!! Go gooo gooo!!

• Andhika
  And......... Dhika is here!! He is one of my younger brother who is UNIQUE in his own way. I had always wish for a brother which is impossible, so God is so good to me to send a caring and tender brother. There is still a long way to know about him more though. Cant wait!!

  Then, there is another cute but mature brother. It's David or he requested to be called as davekuu =p since i've just known him for a little while. BUT one thing i realised, he also loves to praise n worship daddy J. He has the ability to connect the dots with everyone else.   Last BUT definitely NOT least!!! =D Icha is one very sweet mature girl. I also just known her for 3 weeks. She brought TK in the house. =p I believe I will get along well with her, even though we are two different persons. BUT, let's get along sister. Cant wait for crazy journey. She also is a blogger. Best "K-pop Star" Performances in Season 3

"K-pop Star" is in their third season and the talent keeps getting better and better. I personally think this competition show is tougher than "American Idol" or "The Voice." The judges are harsh and don't throw any bones. I don't know if it's just me, but doesn't everything sound meaner in Korean? Check out the best "K-pop Star" performances in season 3 to date!

 

 

 "American Idol" alum, Heejun Han decided it was time to try his hand out in Korea. He got on the mic and moved the judges. JYP is clearly in love with this man's voice.

This girl has got that unspoken confidence that people are just born with. Kwon Gina may be insanely talented, but her it's her subtle confidence that was what hooked me in. This girl knows she's good and she carries it around effortlessly. JY Park admitted that she sang it better than he ever did or can.

 

 

AND!!! Here we go, ONE of my favorite contestant of season 3!!.

Yap, this is Bernard Park (one of the contestant from Kpop Star Season 3).
I'm in love with him at first sight!! I did indeed =) He was praised by JYP, YG & Yoo Hee Yeol for his "undescribable comments"...

JY Park gave Bernard from Atlanta, Georgia gave the boy an adjustment, and completely changed the game for him.

my another Korean variety show to watch.. Jjang!!

‘Dad, Where Are You Going‘, 'Appa Oddiga' a new variety show from MBC, which began airing on January 6th, 2013. It’s about five celebrity fathers and their young children going on various trips around the country. The kids are lovely and too cute and it would be my favorite program. Ratings constantly rose as the interaction between the children and their fathers, as well as a sparking romance between the children, gained attention. 

Yes, its another K variety show that Im watching now;

other than Runningman, 

1 night & 2 days 

and other variety shows. Maybe people wonder to why I love Korean variety shows a lot?

The answer is very simple, I just like that the Koreans are so proud of their country and their culture that they even use variety shows to show what they have. Is this the only reason???

NO, its not... =)

Another reason for me to watch Korean variety shows is that they've got true talented entertainers =D They can make people laugh hard (me included =p), without any exaggerations. They also show their daily routines and everything else that we might not know about.
